Rise Technical is seeking an experienced EHS leader to shape safety culture and drive continuous improvement across electrical construction projects in the United States. This leadership role offers full ownership of safety strategy, team development, and regulatory compliance, supporting fast-growing electrical territories.

You will lead the EHS department, oversee company-wide safety initiatives, manage compliance programs, and mentor a team supporting field and office operations.

Qualifications

• EHS leadership experience within utilities, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Open to Lead Linemen without EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the EHS team and company safety culture.
• Managing OSHA, DOT, NESC, NFPA, and environmental compliance programs.
• Conducting investigations, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
