Job summary

Aptar Lincolnton is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance at the site. You will champion a behavioral safety culture, coordinate with engineering, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental health.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in safety/ENV management and 2–3 years’ experience with OSHA/EPA regulations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, health, or environmental management or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in supporting safety, health, and environment issues and investigations.
• Knowledge of Federal OSHA and EPA regulations.

• Maintain Aptar's EHS Management System and site-level strategies.
• Lead safety audits, training, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Identify hazards, implement controls, and drive continuous safety improvements.
