Job summary

Coleto Brands seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across our multi-site distribution network. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Director of Distribution and site leadership teams, driving a culture of continuous safety improvement while ensuring OSHA, EPA, and state regulations are met.

Based at the Jefferson, GA distribution center with ~20% travel to Braselton, GA, Las Vegas, NV, Greenville, SC, and Solon,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 4–7 years of demonstrated EHS experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail settings.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience managing workers' compensation cases and regulatory reporting.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs across distribution facilities.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts and environmental stewardship across sites.
• Coordinate safety training, new hire orientation, and ongoing education programs.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Manage workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
