Job summary

Coleto Brands seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across its multi-site distribution network. Based at the Jefferson, GA distribution center, the role involves travel to Braselton GA, Las Vegas NV, Greenville SC, and Solon OH to support safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline
• 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in an EHS role, preferably in distribution center, supply chain, manufacturing or retail environments
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, OSHA standards, EPA requirements, and industry best practices
• Working knowledge of federal and state OSHA safety and health regulations with ability to effectively communicate and implement regulatory requirements
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims and case management
• Environmental and regulatory compliance program development and management
• General knowledge of safety/facility engineering, ergonomics, and distribution center operations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or equivalent certifications is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety programs for multi-site distribution operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA and state regulations across all locations
• Lead training programs including safety orientation, forklift certification, and emergency procedures
• Conduct root-cause analyses of accidents and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims management and return-to-work programs
• Perform risk assessments and develop emergency action plans for facilities
