Job summary

LiquidStack, a leader in climate solutions, seeks an EHS Specialist to own safety across Carrollton and Fort Worth, combining hands-on site work with program ownership. You will conduct inspections, investigations, and trainings to build a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include leading safety walks, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting ISO readiness across locations. Strong communication and travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in safety coordination, EHS, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910) and safety standards.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification (or ability to obtain) and safety training delivery experience.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office and safety reporting tools.
• Ability to travel between Carrollton and Fort Worth sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the LiquidStack safety program end-to-end across all sites and field-service operations.
• Lead safety walks, safety audits, and safety inspections, driving findings to closure.
• Chair the safety committee, set agendas, and lead regular meetings.
• Develop and maintain safety policies aligned to OSHA and local regulations.
• Standardize safety practices across sites as we scale and support ISO readiness.
• Maintain SDS documents, PPE selection, and ensure PPE enforcement.
• Lead inspections, risk assessments, and JHA for assembly, electromechanical, or fluid work.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and manage reporting (OSHA 300/300A).
• Support safety training programs and foster a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT on safety systems and security.
