Job summary

Chromalloy in Tampa Castings seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead the safety program, coach site leaders, and strengthen environmental, health, and safety excellence across the operation.

The role reports to the multi-site Senior EHS Manager and oversees regulatory compliance, investigations, training, and performance reporting while collaborating with Engineering and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 5+ years implementing and maintaining EHS systems in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading teams and direct reports.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of applicable EHS laws and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with EHS software and data analysis/visualization.
• Florida regulatory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing compliance of the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Management System.
• Improve and standardize EHS programs across facilities by sharing best practices.
• Develop, facilitate, conduct, and advise on EHS training initiatives and materials.
• Lead investigations of high-risk incidents and oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local EHS regulations and company standards.
• Manage environmental programs, permits, waste, SPCC, and inspections.
• Support environmental sustainability baselining and improvement initiatives.
• Partner with site leaders to develop annual EHS plans and reporting.
