Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Environmental Science, OH&S, or related field.
• 5+ years building and sustaining EHS management systems in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and direct reports.
• Proven incident investigations and root cause analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regs and standards.
• Familiar with EHS software for compliance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing compliance of the Corporate EHS Management System.
• Standardize EHS programs across facilities through best practices.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and materials.
• Lead high-risk incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local EHS laws and standards.
• Manage permits, waste, SPCC, emergency response and reporting.
• Support environmental sustainability baselining and improvements.
• Act as technical expert for corporate EHS software systems.
• Partner with site leaders to develop annual EHS plans and targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering to embed safety in design and construction.
• Conduct risk assessments with supervisors for risk reduction.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on fitness-for-duty and RTW programs.
