Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Lawton, OK is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the site EHS program, advance a safe and sustainable manufacturing environment, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

In this role you will deploy the EHS management system, target ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 readiness, and partner with functions to strengthen EHS culture, drive engagement, and achieve continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 7+ years designing and leading proactive EHS programs in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership implementing or sustaining ISO 14001/ISO 45001 or equivalent.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the site EHS strategy and governance to align with business goals.
• Lead deployment and continual improvement of the EHS management system.
• Develop plant EHS initiatives, metrics, and improvement plans.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve engagement and ownership of EHS.
• Establish leading and lagging indicators and drive measurable improvements.
• Foster a learning culture through coaching and problem‑solving.
