Job summary

Perrigo is seeking an Associate Director, Environmental Health & Safety to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing operations. You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA and related regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Site Leadership to proactively manage risk, drive performance, and sustain EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Demonstrated 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OSHA, EPA and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise and site EHS strategies and programs.
• Lead design and improvement of EHS management systems and metrics.
• Drive audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with CAPA follow-up.
• Coach and mentor EHS professionals across multiple sites.
