Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team in Richburg, SC. You will help develop and implement EHS systems across the site and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while partnering with operations and leadership to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in an EHS role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing compliance with Title V permits.
• Working knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and programs (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, stormwater, etc.).
• Ability to maintain EHS records and support reporting for permits and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EHS training to strengthen capability and safety culture.
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proactive risk reduction.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses for improvement and compliance.
• Support safety and occupational health programs (lockout/tagout, confined space, PPE, etc.).
• Maintain permits, records, reporting, and documentation across environmental and health programs.
• Assist with environmental programs related to air quality, Title V, waste, stormwater, hazardous materials, and spill prevention.
• Provide EHS support to plant operations and projects to drive safe, compliant outcomes.
