Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an experienced EHS professional to drive health, safety, and environmental outcomes across manufacturing departments. You will collaborate with factory leadership to implement effective controls, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and lead learning-based improvements that reduce risk and environmental impact.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field and at least 2 years in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or equivalent.
• 2 years of environmental, health, or safety experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
• Knowledge of hazard analysis, OSHA compliance, incident investigation and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS outcomes for manufacturing departments and drive leadership commitment to safety.
• Collaborate with factory stakeholders to improve controls for health, safety and environment.
• Conduct audits/inspections, document findings, and verify corrective actions.
• Analyze incident trends, use risk assessment methods, identify improvement projects.
• Facilitate incident investigations using Learning Teams and focus on system causes.
• Support pre-job planning and verify controls before high-risk or non-standard work begins.
• Partner with EHS teams to ensure effective support and service delivery.
