Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking interns for a 12-week summer program designed for students pursuing a BS/BA in relevant fields. The internship provides challenging assignments, leadership training, and exposure to senior leaders with networking opportunities.

Interns will explore Safety Management Systems, Lean Principles, and Environmental Compliance, while gaining exposure to manufacturing processes and interacting with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA with Junior/Senior status in a relevant field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Safety Management Systems, Lean Principles, and Environmental topics.
• Engage in projects that expose you to manufacturing processes and leadership tiers.
• Support policy and procedure development and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
