Job summary

nVent is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Internship to provide hands‑on experience in safety programs, environmental compliance, training, and data reporting within a manufacturing setting. Interns will contribute to continuous improvement and support safety initiatives across facilities in Anoka, MN or Blaine, MN.

Eligible students are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related fields, available for a 12‑week summer period in 2027, graduating Dec 2027–Jun 2028, with

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Ability to complete a 12‑week full‑time summer internship in Anoka, MN or Blaine, MN.
• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship for employment.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs, environmental compliance activities, employee training, data reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with safety inspections and audits, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Develop safety communications and training materials; promote a positive safety culture.
• Create dashboards and reports; track corrective actions and EHS metrics.
