Job summary

Novelis in Terre Haute, IN is offering a 12-week on-site Environmental, Health, and Safety Internship for Summer 2027. You will support EHS and security processes, participate in an EHS project, and help with Safety Committee activities and training.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in a 4-year university and are sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent graduates, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.
• Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate.
• Interest in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of all matters related to plant EHS and security processes.
• Responsible for an EHS-related project.
• Assist with employee engagement activities including Safety Committee and training.
• Prioritize and maintain EHS related documentation.
