Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Intern to gain hands-on experience in workplace safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives. You will work with EHS professionals to support programs that ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees.

Responsibilities include assisting with safety audits, incident investigations, and maintaining EHS documentation and training materials, while participating in risk assessments and sustainability

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Support incident investigations and help develop corrective actions.
• Maintain and update EHS documentation and training materials.
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
• Contribute to sustainability and environmental compliance projects.
