Job summary

Cytiva in Logan, Utah is offering a Summer Internship 2027 to support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities within a production setting. You will learn from the site EHS Director and IH/OH Supervisor while contributing to safety programs.

The internship will include updating IH programs and annual plans, conducting monitoring to assess exposures, and completing safety projects, with emphasis on professional skills, feedback, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college-based program in occupational health and safety or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of safety and IH principles; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Summer Internship 2027 (May–Aug).
• Work with the site EHS Director & IH/OH Supervisor to learn the role of an EHS Specialist in a production setting.
• Assist in updating IH programs and the annual sampling plan.
• Conduct IH monitoring to determine associates' occupational exposures and document results.
• Complete other IH or safety-related projects as assigned.
