Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's in EHS-related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in workplace safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and with others in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Support contractor management rollout through EHS systems.
• Convert SOPs into interactive training modules using EZ Generator.
• Assist with EHS-related capital projects and document processes.
• Develop Safety Huddle materials and safety content.
• Lead EHS Gemba audits and record findings.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering on Kaizen projects.
• Assist with daily EHS activities to promote safety and compliance.
