Job summary

Lindsay Corporation is offering a full-time internship in Safety based in Lindsay, NE, for May–August 2027. You’ll join a team focused on protecting people and improving workplace safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include Hazard and Risk Assessment, LOTO verification, shop floor safety audits, and incident investigations. Limited travel may be required; mentorship will be provided by experienced safety professionals.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing degrees in Occupational Safety, Environment, Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills and wiliness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Interest in making the workplace safer and more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Hazard and Risk Assessment of existing and new process
• Participation in Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) verification and development
• Participation in Shop Floor safety audits and observations
• Participation in incident investigations and root cause analysis
