RGL Logistics is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Intern/Co-Op in Green Bay, WI. You will support environmental, health, and safety programs through proactive safety initiatives, hazard assessments, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Occupational Safety or related field; junior or senior preferred.
• Experience in safety, warehouse, manufacturing, training, or leadership preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Team with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Conduct safety conversations, observations, and workplace assessments to identify hazards.
• Perform job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and hazard evaluations.
• Participate in proactive safety initiatives focused on hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance assessments.
• Help maintain OSHA logs, safety training records, and other EHS documentation.
