Qualifications

• Currently pursuing coursework in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating and developing Standard Work procedures.
• Support safety training and communication of process and procedure changes.
• Assist with job task time studies and documentation.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and provide project updates.
• Assist with GEMBA audits, incident investigations, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and ergonomic evaluations.
• Participate in safety committee activities and support safety initiatives related to bakery equipment and manufacturing.
• Assist with implementing Standard Work throughout the plant.
• Enter and analyze data in Excel and assist with creating productivity reports.
• Support various EHS projects and other duties as assigned.
