MGS Mfg. Group in Germantown, WI, invites qualified students to join as an EHS Intern for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
This program supports environmental, health and safety initiatives in a plastic injection molding and cleanroom environment, with weekly mentor meetings and a final leadership presentation. The internship provides hands-on exposure to site EHS practices, audits, training, metrics, and improvement projects under the guidance of an EHS Specialist.
MGS has an exciting opportunity for an EHS Intern to join our team. As an EHS Intern, you will assist and support the EHS Team with the development, deployment and continuous improvement of programs and systems that support environmental, health and safety excellence at the Germantown & Richfield Manufacturing facility. The EHS Internship program is intended to introduce college-level students to MGS and the world of EHS within a plastic injection molding & cleanroom manufacturing environment. Student interns will engage in a part-time internship opportunity in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. The EHS Intern will be partnered with an EHS Specialist as their primary mentor for the Internship opportunity.
The EHS Intern will be coached on office and communication etiquette and will meet with their assigned MGS mentor at least weekly to discuss projects and questions. The EHS Intern will have direct exposure to senior leadership team members and will be expected to complete a final report out to the MGS leadership team at the conclusion of their internship.
