Job summary

Capital Technology Resources is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Generalist to support EHS programs at the Proving Ground facility in Arizona. The role involves implementing safety policies, performing risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across Harley-Davidson testing activities.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of EHS experience, knowledge of OSHA/ANSI/NFPA/NEC standards, and strong communication skills to influence across all levels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of EHS experience required.
• Knowledge of AZ state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC).
• Working knowledge of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees and leaders to meet EHS objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS management system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Assist in developing strategies for injury prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate safety training and monitor program effectiveness.
• Assist with emergency drills, equipment maintenance, and continuity plans.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe track and testing activities.
