Job summary

Valmont Industries in Bristol, IN is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will support EHS initiatives, manage data in the EHS information system, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and train site teams to uphold regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 3 years of EHS or related experience, OR 5 years of EHS or related experience.
Experience with OSHA/EPA regulations and EHS program implementation.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of site EHS goals to reduce risks.
Facilitate EHS teams and engagement at the site.
Assist in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
Manage data in EHS information management system for events and permits.
Provide training on regulatory compliance and best practices.
Collaborate with regional and site leadership to deploy standards.
