Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience managing EHS in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, local and state environmental regulations, ANSI, NFPA.

• Collaborate with safety and environmental teams and business leaders to promote safe behavior.
• Develop and implement Environmental and Safety Excellence programs.
• Conduct thorough investigations of EHS incidents.
• Organize employee safety and environmental engagement initiatives and lead EHS teams.
• Coach and empower employees to speak up and comply with EHS policies.
• Perform site safety and environmental risk assessments and action plans.
• Prepare training plans for safety, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure timely reporting and audits.
