Job summary

James Hardie Corporation seeks an Engineering Intern in Environmental Health & Safety for a 12-week onsite program. You will support process improvement, documentation management, and site safety initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop technical and communication skills. Eligible students must be enrolled, anticipate graduation between 2027-2029, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Anticipated graduation date between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review and update facility drawings and emergency maps; verify layouts.
• Assist with environmental compliance activities and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with EHS team to keep training materials current.
