A leading solar energy company is seeking an EHS Engineer to ensure compliance with environmental regulations within a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental engineering or related field, with experience in wastewater treatment and hazardous waste management. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential. This role emphasizes employee growth and sustainability while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience preferred in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations including the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and operate wastewater treatment systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage hazardous waste generation, storage, labeling, and disposal.
- Assist with inspections, audits, and maintain records and reports.
