Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer to lead industrial hygiene and safety programs across facilities in the Phoenix area. You will develop and manage safety initiatives, perform hazard evaluations, and ensure compliance with local, regional, and Intel standards while supporting equipment procurement and facility installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related engineering field.
• 4+ years in EHS management or similar environment.
• Experience with hazard evaluations and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure regulatory and Intel standards.
• Conduct hazard evaluations and risk assessments for processes and facilities.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and create corrective action plans.
• Provide safety input for equipment procurement and facility installations in partnership with factory teams.
