Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or related field with 4+ years of EHS management experience.
• 3+ years in hazard evaluation techniques.
• 3+ years in regulatory compliance frameworks and standards related to EHS.
• 3+ years in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage industrial hygiene and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, regional, and Intel standards.
• Conduct workplace hazard evaluations to identify, assess, and control risks.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Monitor environments and assess factors affecting health or community wellbeing.
• Provide training on workplace safety and hazard prevention.
• Review supplier equipment for SEMI S2 and S8 compliance.
• Support process equipment procurement and foundry technologies with safety design.
• Act as Ocotillo site representative on EHS cross-site teams.
