As an EHS Engineer, you will lead the development and maintenance of our safety programs, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and local regulations while fostering a strong behavioral safety culture. You will serve as the site Safety Officer and EHS Committee lead, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to proactively mitigate workplace hazards. Additionally, you will partner cross‑functionally to support facility expansions and equipment installations through EHS design reviews, lead incident investigations, manage hazardous materials, and deliver comprehensive training programs to maintain a safe, compliant, and collaborative manufacturing environment.
This position generally requires a commitment of 4 days onsite per week.

$85,000 - 127,800 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
