Job summary

Wells is seeking an experienced EHS & DOT Compliance Manager to support plant and field operations, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will analyze data, implement corrective actions, and oversee training and reporting across multiple facilities and sites.

The role focuses on OSHA and DOT compliance, incident investigation, and safety program management, offering opportunities to influence safety performance and risk reduction at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field.
• Experience with OSHA and DOT compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plant safety processes to reduce injuries.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and ensure accountability at all levels.
• Conduct safety analyses, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA records and reporting.
• Investigate incidents and support return-to-work programs.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and reporting.
• Provide DOT compliance including driver qualification files and inspections.
• Run safety training and regulatory compliance programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management

OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or CSP certification
