Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a System Administrator/Analytical Data expert to support the EHS team at our Torrance, CA facility. You will develop, monitor, and report EHS metrics, manage casework, and support SharePoint systems and tools in a hybrid environment.

Reporting to the Global EHS Director, you will collaborate with operations, HR, and finance to drive injury data analysis, WC claims coordination, audits, training, and user support for EHS programs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal and listening.
• Analytical and perform tasks with accuracy and verification.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and follow up in a timely manner.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Developing, monitoring, and tracking various EHS metrics and targets.
• Case management of injuries and incidents in Health, Safety, and Environmental areas.
• Workers Compensation claims management and liaison with TPAs and clinics.
• Data collection and reporting for EHS programs and management reviews.
• Oversee Medical Assistant and Telemed programs for training and usage.
• Audits, compliance testing, training, tracking, and reporting.
• Customer service and responses to global EHS inquiries.
• Systems and Admin support for EHS SharePoint sites, systems, and tools.
• Other duties as assigned by the EHS director.
