Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an EHS Systems & Analytics Specialist to own data quality, privacy, and reporting across the enterprise. You will manage safety and sustainability metrics, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity from source to board-ready reports.

You will drive privacy safeguards, support compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements, and partner with Legal, IT, and site teams. A strong background in data analytics and EHS systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in EHS, sustainability, or a data/analytics role.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and injury recordkeeping.
• Strong data skills with Excel; ability to clean, join, validate and interpret real-world datasets.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards or reports used for decisions.
• Experience handling confidential personal information appropriately.
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis and development tools; validate outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to ~15% and work across multiple sites.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the data steward for EHS and sustainability data and define sources for every metric.
• Audit data completeness and accuracy across sites; collaborate with EHS teams to fix root causes.
• Define standards for recording and classifying EHS events for comparability.
• Protect employee privacy by controlling data visibility and suppressing sensitive information.
• Partner with Legal on access, permissions, and handling of confidential data.
• Design, build, and maintain EHS dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop leading indicators such as participation, closed actions, and aging metrics.
• Produce executive and Board-level reports translating data into narratives and recommendations.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting to minimize manual processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools with careful validation before use.
