Anduril Industries is seeking an EHS and Sustainability Systems and Analytics Specialist in Atlanta, GA. You will own the quality, integrity, and presentation of EHS data, build dashboards, and support executive reporting across safety and sustainability domains.

Qualifikationen

• - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• - 2-5 years in EHS, sustainability, or a data/analytics role.
• - Working knowledge of OSHA injury recordkeeping.
• - Advanced Excel; ability to clean, join, validate datasets.
• - Experience building dashboards used for decisions.
• - Handling confidential/sensitive information appropriately.
• - Experience with AI-assisted analysis/tools and validation.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication.
• - Strong organization; ability to drive cross-organization items to completion.
• - Travel ~15% to other campuses.
• - U.S. Person due to export-controlled information.

Aufgaben

• Data steward for EHS and sustainability data; own metric definitions and data sources.
• Audit data completeness, classification, and accuracy across sites.
• Define and maintain standards for EHS event recording and classification.
• Protect employee privacy in published data; manage data access with Legal.
• Design, build, and maintain EHS dashboards for leaders.
• Develop leading indicator metrics and program effectiveness.
• Produce executive/Board reporting; explain trends and rates.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting; reduce manual processes.
• Use AI-assisted analysis with validated results.
• Own safety observation and close‑call program; drive closure of actions.
• Analyze audit results for trends; respond to audit requests.
• Support regulatory and sustainability reporting deadlines.
• Maintain EHS system ownership; integrate Foundry with other systems.
