Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Systems & Analytics Specialist to own data governance, quality, and privacy across EHS data. You will design dashboards, build automated pipelines, and deliver executive reporting with clear narratives and recommended actions.

You will collaborate with EHS, Legal, and data/software teams to protect confidential information, ensure data accuracy, and enable timely compliance reporting across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in EHS, sustainability, or a data/analytics role.
• Strong data skills: Excel, data cleaning, joining, validation, interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain EHS dashboards for leadership and sites.
• Develop leading indicator metrics and track program effectiveness.
• Produce executive and Board‑level reporting with clear narratives.
• Automate data pipelines to reduce manual work and enable scalable analytics.
• Apply AI‑assisted analysis with validation of outputs before decision use.
