Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Systems & Analytics Specialist to oversee EHS data quality, privacy and reporting across the enterprise in Washington, DC. You will own metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting while safeguarding confidential information.

You will partner with Legal, site EHS teams, and data/software groups to build scalable data pipelines, apply AI-assisted analysis, and drive continuous improvement across safety and sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years in EHS, sustainability, or data analytics/compliance.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and injury recordkeeping.
• Strong data skills: clean, join, validate real-world data, Excel proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards used for management decisions.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis/tools and validating outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills; capability to drive items to completion.
• Ability to travel roughly 15% to other campuses; US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: own definition and source of every metric published.
• Audit data completeness, classification consistency, and accuracy across sites.
• Define standards for recording EHS events to keep data comparable.
• Protect employee privacy in published data, including suppression rules.
• Collaborate with Legal and data teams on access and handling of confidential information.
• Design, build, and maintain EHS dashboards for leadership and sites.
• Develop leading indicator metrics for management system effectiveness.
• Produce recurring executive and Board-level reporting with clear narratives.
• Explain published figures and defend data movements and underlying cases.
• Build automated data pipelines; reduce manual data assembly.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and reporting.
• Own safety observation and close call program data intake and routing.
• Drive closure of observations with owners and due dates; escalate stalls.
• Analyze audit results for trends and remediation effectiveness.
• Support regulatory reporting deadlines for OSHA and sustainability disclosures.
• Maintain EHS system ownership and advise on integrations with other platforms.
• Train end users and replace manual processes with automated solutions.
