Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Systems & Analytics Specialist to own data quality, integrity, and presentation across the enterprise. You will manage metrics, dashboards, and reporting used by leadership and the Board, while ensuring data privacy and compliance with confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years in EHS or analytics role.
• OSHA regulations and injury recordkeeping knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data cleaning skills.
• Experience building dashboards used for decisions.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
• U.S. Person due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data steward for EHS and sustainability data.
• Audit data completeness and accuracy across sites.
• Define standards for recording EHS events.
• Protect employee privacy in published data.
• Partner with Legal and data teams on access control.
• Design, build, and maintain EHS dashboards for leadership.
• Develop leading indicators and reporting metrics.
• Produce executive and Board reports.
• Explain and defend published figures and trends.
• Build automated data pipelines and AI-assisted tools.
