Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a summer intern to gain hands-on experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data analytics. The 12-week paid internship offers real-world exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to work with Intelex data, build dashboards, and contribute to Zero Harm initiatives.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor's program, with a 3.0 GPA, available for full-time work in summer 2027, and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029 (rising junior or rising senior).
Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support EHSS projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Extract, validate, and consolidate EHSS data from Intelex, including Fiber Cement and Outdoor Living metrics.
Track and manage Zero Harm Month award data and support program coordination.
Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation to communicate EHSS performance and trends.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and safety performance.
