Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7–10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
• Advanced working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the development of professional presentations.
• Experience with EHS data, metrics, reporting tools, incident management systems, learning management systems, or environmental tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, including air permits, waste management, wastewater, and stormwater.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and analyze EHS data, including incidents, near misses, safety observations, training, audits, inspections, chemical usage, and environmental metrics.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and trend analyses.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for site leadership, corporate EHS, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, consistent definitions, and standardized EHS metrics.
• Support root cause analysis through data extraction, trend identification, and visual reporting.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, state DEP, and local EHS regulations.
• Assist with environmental permitting, air permits, emissions tracking, and required recordkeeping.
• Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, including waste profiles, manifests, and vendor communications.
• Maintain EHS procedures, work instructions, forms, and compliance records.
• Support EHS inspections and compliance audits, track corrective actions, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Research regulations, standards, and industry best practices to support program improvements.
• Develop EHS training materials, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and visual standards.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and refresher training in collaboration with EHS leadership and HR.
• Track training completion, follow up on outstanding requirements, and report training metrics.
• Support safety campaigns, 5S initiatives, safety observations, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives involving 5S and visual management.
• Support incident investigations, documentation collection, and corrective action tracking.
• Assist with internal, corporate, and external regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with EHS Managers on risk assessments, exposure reduction, and digital tools.
