Sabre Industries, Inc. in Texas seeks an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead site programs, ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA, and drive risk reduction.

You will supervise EHS staff, partner with HR and operations, develop training, manage permits, and maintain records while advancing safety culture across the facility. Qualified candidates have 8+ years in safety roles, CSP/CIH preferred, and a bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with HR and Risk Management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site EHS programs and training.
• Coach EHS staff and ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Perform risk assessments for new processes and projects.
• Manage hazardous materials, waste, and environmental permits.
• Oversee incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and workers’ compensation support.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, HR, and Risk Management.
• Drive safety improvements to reduce recordable incidents.
