Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to provide leadership for environmental, health, and safety programs across facilities.

You will identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards while supervising EHS staff and partnering with plant leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in EHS, with 3+ years in supervision; certifications such as CSP/CIH/CHMM are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, REM or ISO Lead Auditor are highly desired.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive safety/environmental experience; 3+ years supervising staff in EHS.
• Strong training, communication, and program-management capabilities; applicable regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs and training across multiple departments.
• Develop and enforce safety regulations and processes to reduce incidents.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and incident investigations; partner with HR and Risk Management.
• Manage hazardous waste, chemical safety, and air/water permit programs.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to drive continuous safety improvement.
