Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC in Richburg, SC is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator to support EHS functions at a Guardian Glass site. This role handles admin tasks, maintains training folders, manages permits and SDS files, and helps track records.

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, $25 per hour, temporary-to-hire with potential for permanent placement. A background in EHS administration and knowledge of OSHA/EPA rules will help you succeed in this hands-on role with opportunities

Qualifications

• EHS administrative background with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations and health practices.
• Experience developing training materials related to environmental health and safety topics.
• Strong report-writing and data-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize/file employee EHS training folders.
• Organize cabin/desk drawers in EHS office.
• Place forklift exams in employee EHS training folders.
• Shred obsolete documents and folders.
• Organize/scan/file RMI (ESC) manifests by month/year.
• Organize/scan/file contractor onboarding forms.
• Enter manifest data (date, manifest number, weight) in spreadsheet.
• Enter invoice information (date, amount, total loads, weight) in spreadsheets for Republic Services and RMI.
• Organize and close JHAs, Live work permits, Hot Works permits.
• Organize/update EHS binders – air permit documents/stack test results, dust, collector readings, storm water permit documents, wastewater permits documents, PACE lab results, XRF device, ammonia response, monthly SWPPP SPCC inspections, Opacity inspections, Stack readings, etc.
• Review plant SDS list – verify the latest version is in the file
