Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator for its The Dalles, OR facilities. This full-time on-site role supports two manufacturing sites with OSHA records, training, audits, PPE management, and incident documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in EHS, manufacturing experience, relevant safety education, and a valid driver’s license for inter-site travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in an EHS capacity or safety-focused role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS training files, compliance records, OSHA logs, and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Assist with facility safety audits to identify hazards.
• Coordinate materials for employee safety training, orientation, and drills.
• Assist in incident investigations and workers' compensation documents.
• Monitor PPE stock, first aid supplies, and safety signage across facilities.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and handle administrative tasks.
