IDEX Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support and improve programs across our manufacturing operations. This role is hands-on on the plant floor, partnering with employees and leaders to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of safety.

You will conduct inspections, maintain documentation, coordinate training, assist investigations, and drive corrective actions.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three to five years’ experience supporting environmental, health, or safety programs in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine safety and environmental inspections, audits, workplace observations, and compliance assessments.
• Support environmental compliance programs (hazardous waste, wastewater, stormwater, chemical management, recycling).
• Maintain EHS records, permits, training documentation, inspection reports, and regulatory files.
