SST Direct in Orangeville, UT is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of workplace safety and environmental programs. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, supporting incident investigations, managing documentation, and driving continual improvement in environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in EHS, safety coordination, or environmental compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist investigations of incidents, injuries, and near-misses.
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain EHS policies, permits, SDSs, and records.
• Support environmental compliance activities including waste management and chemical storage.
• Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with employees and leadership to promote safe work practices.
