Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an EHS Coordinator to lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability initiatives on the manufacturing floor, partnering with employees and leadership to drive a strong safety culture. The role requires 2–4+ years EHS in manufacturing, OSHA/regulatory knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A bachelor's degree or EHS certifications are preferred, with Spanish a plus; the position offers exposure to plant leadership

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, training, and hazard recognition.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and ESG reporting.
• Partner with operations and leadership to identify and reduce workplace risks.
• Assist with ISO 14001 initiatives and environmental compliance efforts.
• Coordinate safety committees, audits, and regulatory reporting while supporting plant-wide EHS objectives.
