Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator in Greensboro, NC, to develop, implement, and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety programs on site. You will partner with operations to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and state/federal regulations.

This role will conduct safety audits, lead JHA processes, deliver training, manage incidents investigations, and maintain EHS records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of EHS, Safety, or Environmental Health & Safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct facility safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
  • Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and identify opportunities for risk reduction.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Deliver safety training programs for employees and supervisors.
  • Partner with operations leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor safety metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, fall protection, and other safety programs.

EHS CoordinatorLocation: Greensboro, NC: On SiteShift: Day Shift This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about workplace safety, employee training, risk reduction, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to influence employees and management at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 30, OSHA 510, ASP, CSP, CHST, or other safety certifications.
  • Experience with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), LOTO, confined space, and fall protection programs.
  • Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations.

Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications. #DHIR26
