Job Description

Job Summary
A manufacturing company in Riverside, CA is seeking a bilingual Spanish EHS Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional with hands-on experience in occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, training, incident prevention, and environmental reporting.
The EHS Coordinator will play an important role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, support safety programs, participate in continuous improvement, and help build a strong safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities

• - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws, regulations, codes, and company policies.
• - Maintain and support site safety programs, procedures, training, safety committee activities, and enforcement of safety guidelines.
