Job summary

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company, seeks an EHS Coordinator to drive a culture of safety by ensuring environmental and safety compliance across the organization. The role supports safety investigations and collaboration with employees at all levels to keep safety a top priority.

Effective communication with managers, vendors, customers and regulators is essential; experience in ERP/MRP, wastewater management and government reporting is a plus.

Job description

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 60 years in business, seeks an EHS Coordinator. The EHS Coordinator will drive a culture of safety throughout the organization by ensuring compliance with all environmental and safety requirements, assisting with and conducting safety investigations, and working cooperatively with employees at all levels to ensure safety is the top priority for the workforce.

The right candidate will be comfortable in both factory and office environments and be able to communicate effectively with employees, managers, vendors, customers, and regulators. This person will need to be proactive, detail oriented, and have strong time management skills. Previous EHS experience is a huge plus, but for the right candidate with transferable skills from other fields, we will work with you.
Other great-to-have skills and experience are OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification, CSP (Certified Safety Professional) credential, and previous experience with ERP/MRP systems, wastewater management, or reporting to government agencies.
Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs) and WEEKLY PAY! Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months.
