Responsibilities

• Review Post-Job Offer Medical Questionnaires completed by drivers during orientation.
• Compare questionnaire responses with DOT medical exam documentation to identify discrepancies.
• Escalate items requiring additional review to EHS leadership prior to driver release.
• Communicate with orientation, recruiting, safety, and other departments to obtain information.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records related to the review process.
• Assist with Hours of Service (HOS) compliance reviews and related driver documentation.
• Support OSHA, DOT, safety, compliance, reporting, and other EHS projects as assigned.
• Assist with additional EHS responsibilities as the position develops.
