Job summary

DeWitt Transportation Services of Guam seeks an experienced EHS Administrative Coordinator to maintain and organize safety records, support audits, and track compliance metrics. You will coordinate workers’ compensation processes with HR, insurers, and medical providers while supporting return-to-work initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years in an administrative, operations, safety or coordination position, with preference for experience in logistics or transportation environments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an administrative, operations, safety or coordination role.
• Experience with an EHS logistics, transportation, warehousing, moving, construction or similar environment preferred.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and tracking compliance related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date EHS records including SDS, incident reports, inspection logs, training records and certifications.
• Organize and review safety files for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Track safety metrics such as recordable incidents, near misses, training completion and corrective actions.
• Prepare concise safety reports for management on a periodic basis.
• Assist with administrative coordination of Workers’ Compensation claims with HR, insurers and medical providers.
• Support return-to-work and modified-duty documentation and coordination.
